The TE Connectivity Raychem RNF-100-MINI-SPL-3/32-BK is a flexible, flame-retardant polyolefin heat shrink tubing designed for general purpose applications. It features a 2:1 shrink ratio, expanding to a minimum inner diameter of 0.093" (2.4mm) and recovering to a maximum inner diameter of 0.047" (1.19mm) with a nominal wall thickness of 0.020" (0.51mm).
This tubing is made from irradiated polyolefin, providing superior abrasion and solvent resistance compared to standard flexible polyolefin tubings. It is flame-retardant and offers excellent physical, chemical, and electrical properties that meet or exceed industrial and military standards. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 135°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 95°C and a minimum full recovery temperature of 121°C.
Commonly used for insulation and strain relief of wire terminations and connections, as well as jacketing wire bundles and light-duty harnesses. It is also suitable for identifying and color-coding electrical connections and wire bundles. The tubing is RoHS compliant.
