The TE Connectivity RNF-100-3/32-WH-SP is a general-purpose, flexible heat shrink tubing designed for demanding environments. It is constructed from irradiated polyolefin material, providing excellent physical, chemical, and electrical properties.
This tubing features a 2:1 shrink ratio and a minimum shrink temperature of 95°C. Its operating temperature range is -55°C to 135°C. The recovered wall thickness is 0.020 inches (0.51mm) with an inner diameter of 0.047 inches (1.19mm).
Key features include superior abrasion, cut-through, and strain relief resistance, as well as resistance to fluids and solvents. It is also flame-retardant and conforms to irregular shapes. The tubing is supplied in white color and comes in a standard package (SP).
Applications include insulation and strain relief for wire terminations and connections, jacketing wire bundles, and light-duty harnesses where superior abrasion resistance is beneficial. It is also used for identifying and color-coding electrical connections and wire bundles.
