The TE Connectivity RNF-100-1/8-BK-SP is a flexible, flame-retardant heat shrink tubing made from irradiated polyolefin. It provides a 2:1 shrink ratio and is designed for general-purpose applications requiring superior mechanical, thermal, and fluid resistance.
This tubing features excellent abrasion, cut-through, and strain relief properties, making it suitable for demanding environments. It conforms to irregular shapes and is ideal for insulation and strain relief of wire terminations and connections. It can also be used for jacketing wire bundles and light-duty harnesses where enhanced abrasion resistance is beneficial.
The operating temperature range for this tubing is -55°C to 135°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 95°C. The recovered wall thickness is 0.020" (0.51mm) and the inner diameter after recovery is 0.062" (1.57mm).
