The TE Connectivity RNF-100-1/4-WH-SP is a general-purpose, flexible, and flame-retardant heat shrinkable tubing made from irradiated polyolefin. It provides a 2:1 shrink ratio and is designed for applications requiring superior mechanical, thermal, and fluid-resistance performance.
This tubing conforms to irregular shapes and offers excellent abrasion, cut-through, and strain relief. Its operating temperature range is -55°C to 135°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 95°C. The recovered wall thickness is 0.025" (0.64mm) and the inner diameter is 0.125" (3.18mm).
Widely used for insulation and strain relief of wire terminations and connections, it is also suitable for jacketing wire bundles and light-duty harnesses where abrasion resistance is important. The RNF-100 series is available in various sizes and colors, including this white variant, for electrical connection and wire bundle identification.
This product meets various industry and military standards, including AMS-DTL-23053/5 and RT-350. It is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL rating of 1.
