The TE Connectivity RNF-100-1/4-RD-SP is a flexible, general-purpose heat shrink tubing made from irradiated polyolefin. It features a 2:1 shrink ratio and is designed for demanding environments, providing superior mechanical, thermal, and fluid-resistance performance.
This tubing offers excellent abrasion and solvent resistance, making it suitable for insulation and strain relief of wire terminations and connections. It is also used for jacketing wire bundles and light-duty harnesses where enhanced abrasion resistance is beneficial. The tubing conforms to irregular shapes and is flame-retardant in color.
Key specifications include an operating temperature range of -55°C to 135°C, a minimum shrink temperature of 95°C, and a recovered wall thickness of 0.025" (0.64mm). The inner diameter is 0.125" (3.18mm), and it is supplied in red.
