The RNF-100-1/16-WH-STK is a 2:1 ratio heat shrink tubing from TE Connectivity's Raychem product line. It is made of irradiated polyolefin, providing flexibility and flame retardance (colors only). The tubing is supplied with an expanded inner diameter of 0.063 inches (1.6mm) and recovers to 0.031 inches (0.79mm) with a wall thickness of 0.017 inches (0.43mm).
This tubing is designed for demanding environments, offering superior abrasion, cut-through, solvent, and strain resistance. It is widely used for insulation and strain relief of wire terminations, jacketing wire bundles, and color-coding electrical connections. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 135°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 95°C and full recovery at 121°C.
The tubing is sold on a spool with a length of 4 feet (1.22m). It is available in white and is claimed to be RoHS3 compliant (unverified). The RNF-100 series meets various military and industrial standards including AMS-DTL-23053/5 and UL E35586.
