The RLS245TE-11 is a high voltage switching diode manufactured by ROHM Semiconductor using silicon epitaxial planar technology. It is designed for applications requiring reliable rectification and fast switching. The device guarantees a peak reverse voltage of 250V and a DC reverse voltage of 220V.
Electrical characteristics include a mean rectifying current of 200mA, peak forward current of 625mA, and a surge current rating of 1000mA for one second. Maximum forward voltage is 1.5V at 200mA. The reverse recovery time is 75ns under test conditions of IF=20mA and IR=20mA.
The RLS245TE-11 is housed in a surface mount LLDS package, compatible with DO-213AC, MINI-MELF, and SOD-80 case outlines. Operating temperature range is -65°C to 175°C, making it suitable for demanding environments.
The maximum peak reverse voltage (VRM) is 250V.
The maximum forward voltage is 1.5V at 200mA forward current.
The maximum reverse recovery time is 75ns, tested with IF=20mA, IR=20mA, and RL=50Ω.
It is available in a DO-213AC, MINI-MELF, or SOD-80 surface mount package, with a supplier device package of LLDS.
