The RL207-TP is a standard recovery rectifier diode from Micro Commercial Co, part of the RL201-RL207 series. It is designed for general purpose rectification applications requiring a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1000V and an average forward current of 2A. The diode features a low forward voltage drop of 1V at 2A, ensuring efficient operation.
The device offers a peak forward surge current capability of 60A, making it robust for handling transient overloads. It has a standard recovery time greater than 500ns, suitable for low-frequency rectification. The junction capacitance is typically 20pF at 4V.
The RL207-TP is housed in a DO-15 axial lead package, which is through-hole mountable. It has an operating junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and a thermal resistance of 40°C/W junction to ambient. The epoxy meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, and the device is RoHS compliant.
