The Renco Electronics RL-2250-5.0-10 is a 5 VA isolation transformer designed for 50/60 Hz operation. It features a 115V primary winding and a 10V center-tapped secondary winding, rated for 0.5A.
This transformer is manufactured to meet or exceed UL, CSA, VDE, and IEC specifications. It incorporates a dual bobbin nonconcentric design that reduces interwinding capacitance and eliminates the need for electrostatic shielding. The use of high-temperature, high-stability materials ensures excellent interwinding insulation and insulation between windings and core.
The RL-2250 series is designed for PC plug-in mounting and features square PC terminals for lead termination. It is HIPOT tested at 4000 Volts RMS and manufactured to Class B (130 °C) insulation standards. The primaries and secondaries are designed to be used simultaneously, either in series or parallel connection.
