The connector includes EMI finger shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference, and a board lock for secure mechanical attachment during soldering. The tab direction is up, and termination is via solder pins. Contacts are phosphor bronze with gold finish for reliable conductivity and corrosion resistance.

 

This jack also incorporates a yellow-green LED indicator for status signaling. Its through-hole mounting and right-angle orientation make it suitable for space-constrained PCB layouts where cable insertion is from the side.
