The RHRP860 is a 600V, 8A fast recovery rectifier diode manufactured by ON Semiconductor. Its key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage of 600V, an average forward current of 8A, a forward voltage drop of 2.1V at 8A, and a fast reverse recovery time of 35ns. The device is designed for general-purpose rectification and switching applications requiring high efficiency and low losses.
This diode uses standard fast recovery technology and operates over a wide temperature range of -65°C to 175°C.
