The RHRP15120 is a hyperfast rectifier diode designed for high-efficiency power switching applications. It offers a reverse voltage rating of 1200V and an average rectified forward current of 15A at a case temperature of 140°C. The forward voltage is a maximum of 3.2V at 15A and 25°C, contributing to low conduction losses.
This diode features a typical reverse recovery time of 75ns at 15A, enabling fast switching with soft recovery characteristics that minimize ringing and electrical noise. It is avalanche energy rated at 20mJ minimum, providing ruggedness in inductive switching environments. The nonrepetitive peak surge current is 200A, and repetitive peak surge current is 30A.
