The RHRG3060 is a hyperfast diode from ON Semiconductor designed for high-efficiency power switching applications. It offers a reverse repetitive peak voltage of 600 V and an average rectified forward current of 30 A at a case temperature of 120°C.
The diode features a maximum forward voltage of 2.1 V at 25°C and 1.7 V at 150°C, ensuring low conduction losses. Its hyperfast recovery time of 45 ns minimizes switching losses and reduces ringing in power circuits. The device is also avalanche energy rated at 20 mJ, providing robustness in inductive switching environments.
The RHRG3060 is housed in a TO-247-2 through-hole package, suitable for high-power applications. It operates over a temperature range of -65°C to 175°C and is compliant with RoHS3 standards, being Pb-free.
