The RHRG1560CC is a hyperfast dual diode with soft recovery characteristics from On Semiconductor. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified forward current of 15A at TC=140°C. The forward voltage drop is typically 2.1V at 15A and 25°C, with a maximum reverse recovery time of 40ns at IF=15A. The device is avalanche energy rated at 20mJ and can dissipate up to 100W.
Designed for freewheeling, clamping, and rectification in switching power supplies and power switching circuits, its low stored charge and soft recovery minimize ringing and electrical noise. The dual diode configuration with common cathode is packaged in a TO-247-3 through-hole case, rated for operation from -65°C to 175°C.
The RHRG1560CC is Pb-free and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for environmentally sensitive designs. Standard packaging is 450 parts per tube.
