The Raltron Electronics RH100-25.000-12-F-1010-TR is a surface mount quartz crystal designed for microprocessor and timing applications. It operates at a nominal frequency of 25 MHz in fundamental mode with a maximum equivalent series resistance of 60 Ω. Frequency tolerance and stability are both specified at ±10 ppm over the operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C.
The crystal requires a load capacitance of 12 pF and has a shunt capacitance of 3 pF maximum. Drive level is 300 µW maximum, and insulation resistance is 500 MΩ minimum at 100 VDC. Aging is limited to ±2 ppm in the first year. Storage temperature range is -55°C to +125°C.
Packaged in a 4-SMD, no lead package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm x 0.80 mm with gold termination finish. Supplied in tape and reel with 3000 pieces per reel. The component is RoHS, REACH, and Halogen-Free compliant with MSL Level 1 (unlimited).
