The RGP15D-E3/54 is a glass-passivated junction plastic rectifier from Vishay General Semiconductor, designed for fast switching applications. It offers a high reliability Superectifier structure with a cavity-free glass-passivated junction, ensuring efficient operation.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 200V, a maximum average forward rectified current of 1.5A, and a fast reverse recovery time of 150ns. The forward voltage drop is a maximum of 1.3V at 1.5A, and the reverse leakage current is a low 5μA at 200V.
