The RGF1D-E3/67A from Vishay General Semiconductor is a surface-mount fast switching rectifier diode. It features a glass passivated junction and Superectifier structure for high reliability. The device is rated for a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 200 V and an average forward current of 1 A. Its fast reverse recovery time of 150 ns enables high-efficiency switching in power conversion circuits.
Key electrical characteristics include a forward voltage drop of 1.3 V maximum at 1 A, a junction capacitance of 8.5 pF typical at 4 V and 1 MHz, and a peak forward surge current capability of 30 A (8.3 ms half sine-wave). The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 175°C. The diode is housed in a DO-214BA (GF1) surface-mount package with matte tin plated leads.
