The RFN1L6STE25 is a general purpose fast recovery rectifier diode manufactured by ROHM Semiconductor. It is rated for a maximum DC reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified current of 800mA. The forward voltage drop is 1.45V maximum at 800mA, and the reverse recovery time is 35ns, making it suitable for moderate-speed switching applications.
