The Texas Instruments RF430FRL153HCRGER is an active RFID Transponder designed for wireless connectivity applications. It operates at a frequency of 13.56 MHz and complies with ISO 15693, ISO 18000-3, and NFC standards.
This device features a 14-bit sigma-delta Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC), an internal temperature sensor, and a resistive sensor bias interface.
