This RF switch features 2kV HBM ESD protection on all ports and is compatible with low voltage logic, requiring a minimum V HIGH of 1.3V. It offers high linearity with an IIP2 greater than 120 dBm and does not require external DC blocking capacitors on RF paths unless DC is applied externally.

 

The RF1604 includes integrated decoding logic, allowing for switch control with just two lines. It is housed in a compact 2.5mm x 2.5mm, 12-pin, leadless QFN package, designed for surface mount applications.
