The RDK-420 is a fully populated reference design board from Power Integrations for evaluating the InnoSwitch-CH INN2023K AC/DC IC. It is designed for a 10W CV/CC USB charger application. The board operates from a universal input of 85-264 VAC and delivers a regulated output of 5V at 2A with ±3% constant voltage and ±5% constant current regulation. No-load input power is less than 10 mW, and the flyback topology includes built-in synchronous rectification for high efficiency and cable voltage drop compensation.
