The RD27FS-T1-AY is a 1.0W planar Zener diode from the RD2.0FS to RD120FS series by Renesas. It offers a zener voltage range of 25.1V to 28.9V at a test current of 2mA, with a maximum dynamic impedance of 80Ω. The device is designed for general purpose applications including surge absorption, constant-voltage and constant-current circuits, and waveform clippers and limiters.
