The RD0306T-H is a planar ultrafast rectifier designed for high-efficiency power conversion. With a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600V and average output current of 3A, it is suitable for use in switch-mode power supplies and freewheeling diodes. The device offers a fast reverse recovery time (trr) of typically 40ns (max 50ns) under test conditions of IF=3A, di/dt=100A/μs, and low forward voltage of typically 1.2V (max 1.5V) at IF=3A. It also features a surge forward current capability of 40A. Housed in a through-hole TO-251 (TP) package, the RD0306T-H is halogen-free and lead-free compliant. The planar structure ensures low noise during reverse recovery, making it ideal for noise-sensitive applications. The device is available in a bag packing of 500 pieces.
