The RD0106T-TL-H is a planar ultrafast rectifier diode from On Semiconductor, designed for high-speed switching applications. It offers a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified current of 1A, making it suitable for power supply and freewheeling circuits.
Key electrical characteristics include a forward voltage of 1.1V typical (1.3V maximum at 1A) and a reverse recovery time of 40ns typical (50ns maximum) under standard test conditions. The reverse leakage current is limited to 10 µA at rated voltage. The device can handle surge currents up to 10A for 10ms.
The diode is housed in a surface mount TP-FA package, equivalent to TO-252-3, DPak (2 leads + tab), SC-63, and is supplied on tape and reel with 700 pieces per reel. Operating and storage temperature ranges cover -55°C to +150°C, and the device is halogen free and lead free compliant.
