The RD0106T-H is a general-purpose rectifier diode designed for applications requiring fast switching. With a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600V and average rectified current of 1A, it offers a forward voltage of 1.3V at 1A. The diode features a maximum reverse recovery time of 50ns, making it suitable for high-frequency circuits.
The device is built with standard silicon technology and comes in a through-hole TO-251-3 (IPak/TP) package. It operates over a temperature range up to 150°C. The RD0106T-H is RoHS compliant and REACH unaffected.
