The Semtech RCLAMP7528T.TNT is an ultra-low capacitance Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) array designed to protect sensitive components on high-speed data interfaces from ESD, CDE, and EFT events. With a typical capacitance of only 0.25pF between I/O pins, it supports circuits operating in excess of 3GHz without signal attenuation.
This device features a working voltage of 5V and a clamping voltage of 15V at 5A (8/20µs). It provides ±25kV ESD protection (air) and ±20kV (contact) per IEC 61000-4-2, along with 5A lightning protection (8/20µs) per IEC 61000-4-5 and 40A EFT protection (5/50ns) per IEC 61000-4-4. The RClamp7528T.TNT has a peak pulse power dissipation of 75W.
Packaged in a compact 9-pin SLP2611N9T (2.6 x 1.1 x 0.40mm) surface-mount package, it utilizes an innovative flow-through design that simplifies PCB layout and maximizes signal integrity on high-speed lines. This device is suitable for applications such as HDMI 1.4, USB 3.0, MHL, LVDS Interfaces, PCI Express, and eSATA interfaces.
