The Semtech RCLAMP7512N.TCT is a TVS Diode Array engineered to protect sensitive components on high-speed data and transmission lines from over-voltage events like ESD, CDE, and EFT. It features a unique design with surge-rated, low-capacitance steering diodes and an internal TVS diode.
This device operates at a low voltage of 2.5V and provides high surge capability of 15A (8/20µs) and ESD protection up to ±25kV (contact) per IEC 61000-4-2. The clamping voltage is 9V at 10A. With a low capacitance of less than 5pF at 1MHz, it is suitable for high-speed interfaces.
