The Semtech RCLAMP7002M.TBT is a steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode designed for general purpose circuit protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 70V and a maximum clamping voltage of 14.3V at 70A (8/20µs waveform). The device can handle peak pulse power dissipation up to 1000W (1kW).
This TVS diode offers 2 unidirectional channels with a typical capacitance of 10pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed data line protection. It does not provide power line protection. The operating temperature range spans -55°C to 125°C (TJ).
The component is supplied in a surface mount 10-MSOP package (10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP 0.118", 3.00mm width). It is RoHS3 compliant and rated MSL Level 1 (unlimited).
