The Semtech RCLAMP3346P.TNT is a steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode designed for USB applications. It provides protection with a working voltage of 3.3V and a clamping voltage of 4.5V. The device can handle peak pulse currents up to 4.5A (8/20µs) and features a low capacitance of 0.6pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed data lines. It has 6 unidirectional channels. The diode is surface-mount packaged in a 7-UDFN case with supplier device package SGP2708N7. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The device is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected. It is not intended for power line protection.
