The Semtech RCLAMP3328P.TZT is a low-capacitance TVS diode designed to protect up to eight high-speed data lines from ESD events. It features a flow-through package design optimized for high-speed lines, minimizing signal attenuation and ensuring consistent impedance.
This device provides robust protection against IEC 61000-4-2 ESD events up to ±30kV air and ±25kV contact. It has a low dynamic resistance of 0.35 Ohms (typical) and a maximum capacitance of 0.65pF (I/O to Ground), allowing operation above 5GHz. The RCLAMP3328P.TZT has a peak pulse power rating of 75W and a peak pulse current of 5A (8/20µs).
