The Semtech RCLAMP3304N.TCT is a steering rail-to-rail TVS diode designed for general purpose circuit protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V and a clamping voltage of 18V at 25A peak pulse current (8/20µs). The device integrates four unidirectional channels capable of handling 450W peak pulse power, with a low capacitance of 3.8 pF @ 1 MHz to minimize signal degradation.
This TVS diode provides power line protection and is suitable for low-voltage data line applications. Mounting type is surface mount in a 10-UFDFN exposed pad package, with supplier device package SLP2626P10 (2.6x2.6).
