The Semtech RCLAMP2654P is a highly integrated TVS array designed to protect high-speed data interfaces, specifically USB ports. It provides dedicated surge and ESD protection for uUSB interfaces, replacing multiple discrete components in portable applications.
This device features low capacitance TVS diodes for protection of USB data (DP, DM) and USB ID pins, operating up to 4 volts. These diodes offer ESD protection to ±15kV contact discharge per IEC 61000-4-2, with a loading capacitance of less than 0.80pF.
