The Semtech RCLAMP2504P.TCT is a steering (rail to rail) TVS diode designed for overvoltage protection in high-speed data lines. It features 4 unidirectional channels with a reverse standoff voltage of 2.5V and a clamping voltage of 13V at 5A peak pulse current (8/20µs). With a peak pulse power rating of 80W, it provides robust protection for sensitive circuits. The device has an ultra-low capacitance of 0.8pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-frequency applications without signal degradation.
