The Semtech RCLAMP2431TQTCT is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode designed for protecting sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a maximum reverse standoff voltage of 24V and a maximum clamping voltage of 50V. The device can handle peak pulse currents up to 2A (8/20µs) and peak pulse power up to 100W. With an ultra-low typical capacitance of 0.35pF at 1MHz, it is suitable for high-speed signal lines where signal integrity is critical.
