The Semtech RCLAMP1521P.TCT is an ultra-low capacitance transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode engineered for protecting high-speed data lines in applications such as cellular phones and USB ports.
This device provides superior ESD immunity, with a maximum capacitance of 0.3pF, ensuring minimal signal attenuation in circuits operating above 3GHz. It features bidirectional protection and can withstand ESD levels up to ±15kV air and ±8kV contact. The TVS diode has a peak pulse power rating of 120 Watts and a peak pulse current of 4 A.
