The Semtech RCLAMP0524J.TCT is a 4-channel steering (rail to rail) TVS diode array designed to protect sensitive electronics from ESD and transient voltage events. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and a clamping voltage of 15V, with a peak pulse current rating of 5A at 8/20µs waveform and 150W peak pulse power. The device offers very low capacitance of 0.8pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed data line protection such as HDMI interfaces.
