The Semtech RCLAMP0521P.TCT is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode designed for general purpose circuit protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and a maximum clamping voltage of 25V. The device can handle peak pulse currents up to 4A (8/20µs) with a peak pulse power rating of 100W. Typical capacitance is 0.3pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed signal line protection.
