The Semtech RCLAMP0502BATCT is a 2-channel unidirectional TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) diode array designed for general purpose ESD protection. It provides a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and a clamping voltage of 25V, capable of handling peak pulse currents up to 5A (8/20µs waveform) with a peak pulse power rating of 125W. The device features low capacitance of 1.2pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed data lines. The TVS diode is mounted using surface mount technology and is available in the SC-75 (SOT-416) package, also known as SC-75 (SOT523). Its operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C (junction temperature). The RCLAMP0502BATCT is RoHS3 compliant, REACH unaffected, and has an MSL of Level 1 (unlimited).
