The Sullins RCB15DHHD is a high density card edge connector designed for reliable interconnection with a 0.062" (1.57mm) thick mating PCB. It features 30 contacts arranged in 2 rows with a dual readout configuration on 0.050" (1.27mm) contact centers. The connector uses hairpin bellows contacts made of phosphor bronze with a 30.0µin (0.76µm) gold finish for high cycle life and reliable electrical performance.
The insulator height is 0.610" (15.49mm) and the connector is rated for 1 A per contact when fully energized. It has an operating temperature range of -65°C to +200°C and a UL 94V-0 flammability rating. The flush mount flange feature with an unthreaded 0.125" (3.18mm) diameter hole allows for secure panel mounting.
Termination is through hole with staggered solder tails, suitable for dip soldering processes. The connector is designed for use in applications requiring high density card edge connections in industrial, telecommunications, and computing equipment.
