The RBB34DHHD is a high-density card edge connector designed for reliable interconnection in electronic systems. This female connector features 34 positions with dual readout, providing 68 contact points on 0.050" (1.27mm) centers. It accepts a mating PCB thickness of 0.062" ± 0.008" (1.57mm ± 0.20mm).
The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with 10.0µin (0.25µm) gold plating, terminated in a hairpin bellows design for high cycle reliability. The insulator is molded from PPS or PA9T material with a UL 94V-0 flammability rating. Operating temperature range per datasheet is -65°C to +200°C.
Mounting is through hole with staggered solder tails for secure PCB attachment. The flange feature allows flush mount, top opening with an unthreaded 0.125" (3.18mm) diameter. Each contact is rated for 1A when fully energized. This connector is suitable for applications requiring dense signal routing in industrial, computing, and telecommunications equipment.
