The RB530SM-30T2R is a Schottky barrier diode from ROHM Semiconductor designed for small current rectification applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified forward current of 200mA (glass epoxy mounted, 60Hz half sine waveform, resistive load). The diode offers a low forward voltage of 0.45V maximum at 10mA forward current, contributing to efficient operation.
This device is built with epitaxial planar technology and is rated for fast recovery (≤500ns, >200mA Io). It can withstand a peak forward surge current of 1A (non-repetitive, one cycle at 25°C). The junction temperature and operating temperature both have a maximum rating of 150°C, with a storage temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
The RB530SM-30T2R is supplied in an EMD2 package (also known as SC-79 or SOD-523) and is intended for surface mount assembly. It is packaged in embossed tape on an 180mm reel with 8mm taping width, with a standard quantity of 8000 pieces per reel.
