The RB521S-30TE61 is a Schottky barrier diode from ROHM Semiconductor designed for low-voltage, low-current rectification applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified current rating of 200mA. The forward voltage is specified at a maximum of 500mV when forward current is 200mA, enabling efficient operation in battery-powered and portable electronics.
