The RB520S-30FJTE61 is a Schottky barrier diode from ROHM Semiconductor designed for low current rectification and high speed switching applications. It offers a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and a mean rectifying current of 200mA. The diode exhibits a typical forward voltage of 0.6V at 200mA and a low reverse current of 0.1µA typical at 10V reverse voltage.
This device is built with silicon epitaxial planar construction and is housed in an extremely small surface-mount EMD2 package (also known as SC-79 or SOD-523). It can handle a peak forward surge current of 1A (60Hz for 1 cycle). The junction temperature range is -40°C to +125°C, with a storage temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
Typical applications include low current rectification and high speed switching circuits where space is at a premium. The low reverse current characteristic contributes to improved efficiency in battery-powered and portable electronics.
The maximum reverse voltage is 30V.
The typical forward voltage is 0.6V at 200mA.
It comes in an EMD2 surface mount package, also known as SC-79 or SOD-523.
The operating junction temperature range is -40°C to +125°C.
