The ROHM Semiconductor RB481YT2R is a Schottky diode array containing two independent diodes in a single surface mount package. Designed for small signal applications with a forward current rating up to 200 mA, it offers a low forward voltage of 430 mV at 100 mA, enabling efficient rectification in low-voltage circuits.
The device is housed in a compact SC-75-4 (SOT-543) package with an EMD4 supplier device package designation. It supports surface mount mounting and operates over a temperature range up to 125°C. The reverse leakage current is specified at 30 µA maximum at a reverse voltage of 10 V.
This diode array is suitable for general purpose switching and rectification in space-constrained designs where two independent Schottky diodes are required. The small footprint and low forward voltage make it ideal for battery-powered and portable electronics.
The maximum forward voltage is 430 mV at a forward current of 100 mA.
The maximum reverse leakage current is 30 µA at a reverse voltage of 10 V.
It is available in a surface mount SC-75-4 (SOT-543) package with supplier device package EMD4.
The maximum operating temperature is 125°C.
The RB481YT2R contains two independent Schottky diodes.
