The RB168VAM100TR is a Schottky barrier diode from ROHM Semiconductor designed for general rectification applications. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified forward current of 1A at a case temperature of 100°C. The diode offers a low forward voltage of 0.84V maximum at 1A and a very low reverse current of 0.3µA at 100V.
This device is built with silicon epitaxial planar technology and is packaged in a compact surface-mount TUMD2M (SOD-323HE / SC-108B) package with flat leads. It is supplied on embossed tape and reel with 3000 pieces per reel, suitable for automated assembly.
The RB168VAM100TR is suitable for general rectification in power supplies, DC-DC converters, and other low-voltage high-efficiency circuits where Schottky diodes provide fast switching and low forward voltage drop.
