The RB168MM100TFTR by ROHM Semiconductor is a Schottky diode designed for general-purpose rectification. It supports a maximum reverse voltage of 100V and a continuous average rectified current of 1A. The forward voltage drop is rated at 810 mV maximum when forward current is 1A. With a fast recovery time of 500 ns or less, it is suitable for switching applications. The device is mounted using surface mount technology in a compact SOD-123F (PMDU) package. The operating junction temperature can reach up to 150°C.
