The RB162MM-60TR is a Schottky barrier diode manufactured by ROHM Semiconductor, designed for high-efficiency rectification in low-voltage applications. It offers a maximum reverse voltage of 60V and a nominal average rectified current of 1A.
With a low forward voltage of 650mV at 1A forward current, this diode minimizes power loss and heat generation, making it suitable for power management circuits. The device is rated for fast recovery operation with reverse recovery time under 500ns at forward currents above 200mA.
