The RB160M-30TR is a Schottky rectifier diode from ROHM Semiconductor designed for high-efficiency rectification. It offers a forward voltage drop of 480 mV at 1 A, reducing power loss in low-voltage applications. The device is rated for an average rectified current of 1 A and a maximum reverse voltage of 30 V. Its fast recovery speed (≤ 500 ns) makes it suitable for switching power supplies. The diode is housed in a surface-mount SOD-123F package (also designated as PMDU), allowing for compact PCB designs.
