The Recom Power RB-3.305S/E is an unregulated isolated DC/DC converter in the RB/E series, delivering 1W of output power. It converts a nominal 3.3V input (range 2.97V to 3.63V) to a regulated 5V output at up to 200mA. The converter achieves a typical efficiency of 83% at full load and nominal input.
This module is designed for commercial ITE (Information Technology Equipment) applications and is certified to UL60950-1, CAN/CSA-C22.2 No 60950-1, EN60950-1, and IEC60950-1. It features short circuit protection (standard part without continuous short circuit protection) and can drive up to 2200µF capacitive load. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +100°C.
The converter is housed in a 7-SIP (Single In-line Package) with 6 leads, measuring 19.7mm x 6.0mm x 10.2mm. Mounting is through-hole.
