This KEMET R76 series capacitor features double metallized polypropylene film with self-healing properties. Rated at 1000 VDC and 330 pF with ±5% tolerance, it operates over -55°C to +110°C. The radial through-hole package has 7.5 mm lead spacing and 4 mm lead length, supplied in bulk. AEC-Q200 qualified (lead spacing ≤22.5 mm) for automotive applications. Typical uses include resonant circuits, high frequency filtering, snubber and commutation circuits for SCR/IGBT and SiC MOSFETs. The case is UL 94 V-0 rated. Climatic category 55/110/56 per IEC 60068-1. Not suitable for across-the-line applications.
